A fucking change of pace, not what was expected.
Ideas went out, and thoughts
wandered, diluted into space.
without a path, not a glimmer, thought itself
blindly wavered, memories growing darker.
The past was a promise and the future a lost moment
automized people by day.
And the men forgot their passions before civilization,
in this dislocation they abandoned their souls
pleading for the past.
Praising logic and reason,
life had no price, the profit's in the memory.
tow the line
Don't let thoughts burn you, or take over your heart.
Humanity's modernization,
Regress in post-modern thoughts.
Look again, the face of the past doesn't belong to nowadays
Were they happy? those who lived in those lies.
Looking for humanity's truth.
A fearful hope was all the world had
A fire was lit in the stars
they fell, and went out; alive.
